Payment

Standard items are available to buy through the MRW online shop. Enter the number of items you require and press "Add to basket." The product will then be added to your virtual basket and you can continue to add more products as you browse the shop. The final total will include our standard delivery costs. Details can be found below under the "Postage & Delivery" page on our website.

Subject to availability there is approximately a one week lead time on track products. If placing an order for more than 30 sections or if you require a non-standard item or component then please contact us directly with your requirements and a price can be quoted. When placing large orders you may be asked for a deposit. This non-refundable.

Bulk Buy Savings

When purchasing over 30 sections of track we offer a saving of 5% on your order. To access this discount you will need to contact us for a quote. Information can be found on the “Contact us” page of our website.

Postage and Delivery Time Scales

All MRW postage and delivery rates are for UK mainland only. For orders outside the UK please ask for a quotation as mentioned above.  All of our standard products are dispatched from our UK premises We only keep a minimum stock of products and we are constantly manufacturing panels so we may need to manufacture the product before dispatch. Hence it may take approx 1-2 weeks before your product is dispatched. For information on lead times please contact us.

Postage and delivery rates are published on the MRW website. Click on "Shop" and in the dropdown menu select ‘Postage’ then click on the icon ‘Postage Table’. Items are available for collection by prior appointment. Any orders over 100Kg attract a flat rate charge. See postage table for latest information.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Sales contracts are subject to UK Law.  Miniature Railway Workshop Ltd. is the retail trading business commonly referred to as MRW. The Terms and Conditions in this document supersede all previous T&Cs. This product is not for children.  Any user under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult.

Product Availability & Specification

MRW makes every effort to stock all standard products listed at all times. Whenever possible orders will be dispatched same/next day but completion will be subject to availability. Every care has been taken to describe items correctly. Measurements are provided for guidance only and may vary from those shown. MRW do not accept responsibility  for errors and omissions, we reserve the right to withdraw or alter specifications where necessary and without notice.

 

Orders

Orders can be placed using our online shop, by letter, or by email. 

Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before dispatch/collection of order.

Designs

Designs, drawings, photographs, product information, layout and style are the property of MRW. Reproduction in whole, or in part, of any product, document or publication is strictly prohibited, nor may any publication in whole or part be stored in a retrieval system of any nature, without written permission.

Miniature Railway Workshop Ltd. reserves the right to change the design and specification of all its standard and nonstandard products without notice.

Liability

MRW accept liability for any claim provided it does not exceed the price of the goods supplied by MRW to the customer. MRW shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Measurements are provided for guidance only and may vary from that shown. No responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to withdraw or alter specifications where necessary and without notice.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14 days return policy, provided the item is in the same condition that it was sold in. We will refund the price of the items minus delivery. Please Note: buyers pay return delivery costs.

Please make sure returns are packaged securely, MRW recommend returning via an insured carrier. If the goods are returned within 14 days in the same condition as they were dispatched a full refund minus any original delivery charges will be issued.
