With locomotives in 7 ¼” gauge weighing anywhere up to 500kg, moving them in a safe manner is a challenging task. ‘Off-Road’ Loco Moving Trolley
The ‘off-road’ loco moving trolley is designed to allow the easy transportation of locomotives from sheds to trailers, trailers to gardens, and anything in between.
By ‘off-road,’ we mean the trolley is suitable for garden paths and uneven ground (within reason) at your local club. The trolley will be available in a range of lengths, from 1 metre long rails to 2, and is supplied in both 5 and dual 7¼” & 5” gauge as standard. The trolley has front end steering and is low to the ground, making it stable and manoeuvrable.
